The 14 is a family of low voltage pendants designed to be clustered. Each individual pendant is an articulated cast glass sphere with a frosted cylindrical void that houses a 10-watt halogen lamp or 0.3 watt LED. Unlike most contemporary lighting, the 14 pendants are visually subtle and don’t dominate a room. When multiplied en masse, however, the 14 pendants gain tremendous visual strength—the effect is that of many tiny candles encased in floating spheres of water. [newline][newline]The light from the center of the sphere interacts with the imperfections, rifts, bruises and bubbles of the cast glass to project a visually rich halo of light.
